  • Mandatory Utah OHV Course

    Beginning January 1, 2023, Utah requires all OHV operators to complete the Utah Off-Highway Vehicle Education Course. Completion of this course is required under Utah Code 41-22-31(1)(B) in order for you to operate an off-highway vehicle or street legal off-highway vehicle in Utah.

  • OHV Courses

    For drivers 18+ with a valid driver's license this course is a quick and free online course. These courses only need to be taken once, and will then be valid for the rest of your life.

    Take the Course

    For Drivers 16-17 years old that have a valid drivers license must complete a different Utah Youth Certification Course which is $35 and takes about 3-4 hours.

    Take the Youth Course

    Please be aware that you will not be able to rent a UTV without all drivers taking the required course(s)
